COMFORT HEATING MAT

Heating mat consists of a thin heating wires evenly spaced and taped to a self adhesive fiberglass mesh. The adhesive back of the mat securely binds the mats to the floor, keeping them flat and ensuring the proper application of adhesive / mortar for pasting the finished flooring material.

The ultra-thin heating cable is double insulated with an advanced fluoropolymer conductor insulation making it incredibly durable, tough and easy to lay flooring over it.


Self Adhesive Comfort Heating Mats are the most advanced Underfloor heating product pasted on the cleaned and levelled subfloor surface.


The Heating Mat is ideal for installations within regularly shaped areas, where the 20″ wide mats can be quickly rolled out across the floor in parallel runs.


The Heating Mats can be used with all type of finished floor surfaces, whether you are choosing laminate flooring, tiles, marbles, stone or any other concrete based floor surface.


The compatibility with all floor coverings and the fact that mat does not visibly raise your floor height makes it the ideal system for both, new constructions & for renovation projects.

General Installation Guidelines:

The following general installation guidelines must be observed while installing the Careco Heating Mats:

The subfloor surface must be smooth, cleaned of all debris and loose particle to avoid any damage to the heating mat.

The floor must be primed with PCC or equivalent material.

Furniture layout must be marked on the primed floor surface.

Follow the layout drawing for laying the mat on the floor surface by keeping the cables facing upwards and the sticky face sticking on to the subfloor.

Do not cut the cable fixed on the mat.

(Note: test the mats to ensure they have not been damaged and record the readings).
